1. Product description
35KVS11,SZ11 series of oil-immersed power transformers are more advanced in design the material,the structure and process has been improved greatly Having beautiful appearance, reliable operation,low loss and low noise,the transformers reach the advanced level compared with similar foreign products.The SZ11 series can adjust voltagemanually electrically or automatically in a side with the help of OLTC on the voltage regulating range,so as to ensure the stability of the output voltage.
2. Product features
◆Iron core is made of high quality cold-rolled steel,using steel belt to tight and forming the solid frame structure with clamp,which strengthened the core clamping force,effectively reduce the no-load loss and no-load current of transformer and noise.
◆Transformer coil using oxygen free copper with high purity effectively reduce the copper loss. Block,stay fillet made the electric field uniform and increase the reliability.The inner winding support is strengthened,which improves its stability and prevents buckling deformation,improves the resistance of sudden short-circuit capacity of transformer.
◆Capsule or corrugated type of oil conservator can be adopted by the customer's requirements, which effectively slow down the aging of transformer's oil.Gas relay with gas collecting device is convenient to operate and improve the effect of heat dissipation by adopting chip radiator.
