1.Product description:
The pre packaged box type substation for wind power generation is a complete substation that pre manufactures and assembles the wind power generation supporting booster station in the factory,including auxiliary equipment such as booster transformers,high-voltage and low-voltage switches,and power transformers,configured in a common enclosure and passed type tests.In terms of structural form,it is the same as the European style box transformer,so it is also known as the "wind power European transformer".Its performance fully complies with GB/T17467-2020"High Voltage/Low Voltage Prefabricated Substation".It is a new type of boosting equipment launched in response to the special requirements of wind power generation.Due to its strong completeness,easy installation,short construction period,low operating cost,high structural strength,and strong anti-corrosion performance,it is fully suitable for operating environments such as beaches,grasslands,and deserts with relatively harsh natural conditions.
This product has undergone type testing at Wuhan High Voltage Research Institute and its performance fully meets the requirements for wind farm use.

◆Altitude: < 4000 meters;
◆Ambient temperature: maximum +42°C, minimum -40°C;
◆Humidity: daily average relative humidity not exceeding 95%; monthly average relative humidity not exceeding 90%;
◆Wind speed: outdoor wind speed not exceeding 45 m/s;
◆Seismic resistance: horizontal acceleration no more than 0.4 m/s², vertical acceleration no more than 0.15 m/s²; installation site inclination no more than 3°;
◆Installation environment: no obvious pollution such as flammable gases in the surrounding air;
◆No severe vibration at the installation site;
◆If the product is ordered under conditions beyond the above provisions, consultation with our company is available.
4.Product structure characteristics:
◆This substation is composed of a high-voltage room,a transformer room,a cable room,and a low- voltage room, arranged in a mesh or pin shape;
◆The box is equipped with sufficient natural ventilation openings and insulation measures.Mainly using natural ventilation,supplemented by forced ventilation,to ensure the normal operation of the step-up transformer ;
◆The framework of the box structure is welded with section steel or cold-rolled steel plate structure.Meet the requirements for use in environments with strong wind power in wind farms
◆The box frame is treatedwith zinc spray and spray paint,which is salt spray resistant,moisture resistant, mold resistant,and has strong outdoor weather resistance.
