3. Service environment conditions

◆ Altitude:1000m and below;

◆Environmental temperature:-25℃~+40℃,with an average temperature not exceeding+35℃within a 24-hour cycle;

◆Wind speed:not exceeding 35m/s;

◆Relative humidity of air:not exceeding 90%(+25℃);

◆Seismic horizontal acceleration:not more than 0.4m/S2,vertical acceleration not more than 0.2m/S2;

◆The place of use should not contain conductive dust,corrosive,flammable,or explosive hazardous materials that are harmful to metals and insulation materials;

◆There should be no severe vibration at the installation site,and the vertical inclination should not exceed 3°;Note:Special usage conditions are subject to  negotiation with our company during ordering.


4. Ordering instruction

When placing an order, the user must provide the following information:

◆ Main wiring scheme (including specifications and parameters of box transformer capacity, circuit breakers, isolation switch, transformers, etc.);

◆If used in special environments, it should be proposed at the time of ordering;

◆Both parties shall sign a technical agreement as a supplementary document to the supply contract. All requirements proposed by the user should be stated in the order and technical agreement;

◆Types and quantities of spare parts, tools, etc. beyond the standard accessories should be proposed and listed in the agreement.
