XGN15-12(F)and XGN15-12(F·R)box type fixed AC metal enclosed switchgear(here in after referred to as switchgear)is used in ring network power supply or radiation type power supply systems with a rated voltage of 12KV and a rated current of 630A and below.It is particularly suitable for installation in prefabricated substations as control and protection for power systems.This product is equipped withFLN36-12D sulfur hexafluoride load switch or FLRN36-12D load switch fuse combination appliance with an insulated casing.It has the characteristics of small size,light weight,easy operation,light operating force,reliable interlocking,and maintenance free,and is a new generation of high-voltage switchgear required for urban power grid renovation and construction.
This product meets the standards of GB3906"3.6-40.5KV AC Metal Enclosed Switchgear",GB/T11022 "Common Technical Requirements for High Voltage Switchgear and Control Equipment Standards",IEC60298"AC Metal Enclosed Switchgear and Control Equipment with Rated Voltages of 1KVand Below 52KV",and DL/T404"Technical Conditions for Ordering Indoor AC High Voltage Switchgear".
Service environment conditions:
◆ Surrounding environment temperature: upper limit+40℃,lower limit-25℃
◆ Altitude: not higher than 1000m(if the altitude exceeds 1000m, according to DL/T593-2006"Common Technical Guidelines for High Voltage Switchgear")Implementation of relevant regulations)
◆ Relative humidity: The daily average relative humidity shall not exceed 95%,and the monthly average relative humidity shall not exceed 90%.

Ordering instruction:
When placing an order, the user must provide the following information:
◆ The main wiring diagram scheme number and single-line series system diagram, as well as the layout diagram;
◆Secondary circuit wiring schematic diagram, terminal arrangement diagram. In case there is no terminal arrangement diagram, follow the manufacturer's specifications.
◆The model, specification and quantity of the electrical components in the switch cabinet;
◆ The materials and specifications of the main busbar and branch busbar shall be as per the manufacturer's specifications; otherwise, they shall be supplied in accordance with the manufacturer's regulations.
◆ The switch cabinets are used under specific environmental conditions. This should be specified during the order placement.
◆When requesting an attachment or spare parts, please specify the type and quantity.
Technical instruction:
◆Cabinet structure:The ring network cabinet body is formed using 2mm thick aluminum zinc coated plates,and there are two pressure relief holes on the back plate of the cabinet.One is for the cable compartment,and the other is for the load switch/busbar compartment.This structural design can maximize the safety of personnel and operating equipment.
◆ Separate compartments,with each compartment separated separately to prevent the expansion and spread of unexpected accidents.
◆ Bus compartment:The bus compartment is located at the top of the cabinet and connected to adjacent switchgear.
◆ Load switch room:It is an independent unit filled with SF6 gas inside.Cable compartment:Approximately 75%of the space is used for cable connections,fuses,grounding switches,and PT installation.
◆ Mechanism compartment and interlocking:The compartment includes operating mechanisms and mechanism interlocking,as well as position indication,auxiliary contacts,trip coils,live display,and interlocking.Low voltage box:The low voltage box is located at the top of the cabinet and is optional.Used to install special devices such as instruments,relays,etc.Circuit breaker room:A circuit breaker(SF6 or vacuum)can be placed below the load switch.
◆ Pressure relief device:The rear sealing plate of the ring network cabinet is equipped with an internal pressure relief device,which is located on the upper pressure relief plate and is used to release the arc accidents generated in the busbar and load switch room Gas;The pressure relief plate located in the middle and lower part is used to release the gas generated during arc accidents inside the cable compartment.
