Product Description

MNS is a modular and multifunctional low-voltage distribution cabinet. Applied to low-voltage systems that require high reliability in fields such as metallurgy,petroleum, chemical, industrial and mining enterprises, and infrastructure: distribution and motor control systems.

The cabinet structure adopted by MNS has a high degree of flexibility.

According to your needs or different usage scenarios, various models and specifications of components can be installed inside the cabinet;

According to different electrical equipment,multiple types of feed units can be installed in the same row or in the same cabinet. For example, the feed circuit and motor control circuit can be mixed together.

Service environment conditions

◆Environmental temperature:-5℃-+40℃,with an average temperature within 24 hours not exceeding+35℃;

◆Altitude:2000m and below;

◆Atmospheric conditions: The air is clean, and the relative humidity does not exceed 50% at the highest temperature of+40℃.A relatively high relative humidity is allowed at lower temperatures(such as 90% at+20℃),and the impact of occasional condensation due to temperature changes should be considered;

◆This device is suitable for the transportation and storage process of the following temperatures: within the range of -25℃ to+55℃, it can reach+70 ℃in a short period of time(not exceeding 24 hours). Under these extreme temperatures, the device should not be damaged irreparably and should be able to work normally under the above conditions;

◆If the above usage conditions cannot be met, it should be resolved through negotiation between the user and the manufacturer;

◆When this device is used on offshore oil drilling and production platforms and nuclear power plants, a separate technical agreement should be signed


Ordering instruction

When placing an order,the user must provide the following information:

◆Primary circuit scheme and single line system diagram;

◆Secondary circuit schematic or wiring diagram;

◆Arrangement diagram of the device and layout plan of the distribution room;

◆Detailed specifications and quantity of electrical equipment installed in each device;

◆Provide the working current and short-circuit current of the horizontal busbar,and select the busbar specifications according to the factory standards.If the busbar specifications are not specified,they will be selected by the manufacturer;

◆Bus systemL1,L2,L3,N,PEorL1,L2,L3,PEN,If not specified,selected by the manufacturer;

◆Provide the usage name of each circuit(limited to 10 words).If not provided,the manufacturer will only provide a blank symbol plate;

◆Whether the protection level of the device shell(IP30,IP40)needs to be closed at the bottom of the cabinet,if not specified,it is IP30,and the cabinet bottom is not closed;

◆The surface paint color of the device,if not specified,shall be the color specified by the manufacturer.
