With the continuous development and progress of society,the urban power grid in China has undergone tremendous changes,and most cities have formed or are forming numerous electricity load intensive areas.In the past,the power supply from12/24KV substation lines(or branch lines)to direct users has been difficult to meet the requirements of urban development.Therefore a new power supply method has emerged that supplies power to users through switching stations.However,with the intensification of urban density,some existing civil engineering type switching stations have been limited by land and urban planning,resulting in a more advanced and practical outdoor intelligent switching station (wide outdoor ring network cabinet).This switching station does not require civil engineering and occupies a small area.The configuration is very flexible and the power supply method is more reliable.The construction,installation and debugging time are greatly shortened,and the overall cost is reduced.With the development of modern industry,the automation and intelligence of electrical control equipment are becoming increasingly high,utilizing modern electronic technology,sensor technology,communication technology,and computer network technology lntegrating the monitoring,protection,control,and measurement of power equipment under normal and accident conditions to achieve good management has become an inevitable trend and development direction.Intelligent switching station (outdoor ring network cabinet)adopts and draws on advanced foreign technology to install and debug 12124KV switchgear, circuit breakers,load switches,current and voltage transformers,12/24KV power supply PT,switching station FTU.RTU,communication control terminals (CU),12124KV metering and automatic meter reading, USP power supply,and indicating instruments into a movable,sealed,and moisture-proof stainless steel box,thus achieving the goal of "one,one,and one"in the urban distribution network The integration and modularization of secondary systems have shortened the construction cycle and greatly improved the reliability of urban power grid operation.
